When will my order get shipped out?
Payments that are received by 3:00pm PST, on business days, are generally shipped on the same business day. Payments received on Saturday, Sunday, Federal Holidays, or after 12:00pm PST will ship the following business day. Order are shipped from Henderson, Nevada (89002).

What is the RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?
LaptopKeyboard.com accepts returns on all purchases, for any reason. You have 7 days from the date of item delivery, to request a return. The cost of return postage is paid by the customer, as well as 15% restocking fee. If the item was received defective, we will either send a new replacement hard drive, or send a return shipping label to return the hard drive.
